     As an Independent Consultant (Jan 2002 - Present)
•   Christine has carried out numerous assignments on strategy and implementation,
     design and developments of new services, post merger and realignment.
•   Christine's clients include leading corporate governance consultancy - Milan, international
     business and financial services network - Milan and Brussels. 
 
     As CEO - EMEA for WorldwideDraft (Marketing Services)
•   Christine restructured the European business with gross revenues of $450 million, 900
     employees, and 64 offices in 12 countries, Also by rationalizing 16 operations Christine
     reduced overall headcount by 20% and operating cost by 30%
 
     As an Executive Vice President - Wunderman, USA (Advertising and Marketing Services).
•   Christine supported 8 regional offices, 700 plus staff and a $15 million new business
     budget. She played a key role in several corporate initiative, whilst personally leading
     business development activities with strategic partners and new clients.
 
     As Group Vice President - Young & Rubicarn and Managing Director-Wunderman
•   Whilst transforming a marketing agency into a CRM  e-marketing network competence
     centre, Christine increased revenues and operating profits by 40% - turnover of $66
     million and operating profit 0f 35% - Significantly building the business base with
     Ericsson, Ford KLM and Dutch PTT.
 
     As Chairman and CEO, PGM Group International (Outsourced Services).
•   Christine built and MBO from Hewlett Packard into 9 business units in Asia, Europe and
     USA, with revenues of $94 million and operating profits of 50%
•   Christine also helped launch the first online directory and built an international software
     service group of over 200 software engineers and technicians.
