- Merging 3 application databases of patient information into 1 data warehouse to facilitate quarterly KPI report requirements that includes:
- Planning and designing the data warehouse, extraction and transformation of the data and populating it into the data warehouse. Also creating the Business Objects Universes that sit on top of the data warehouse that Information Analysts report on.
- Meeting with Information Analysts to formulate the business requirements such as the analysis of source database structures and data, the planning, design and creation of the destination data warehouse tables, extraction, transformation and loading of the data, creation of the Business Objects Universes.
- Expanding the community health data warehouse extracting data from the RiO patient systems using SSIS packages and the creation of four Business Objects Universes for Appointments, Referrals, In-patients and Out-patient information using the Information Design Tool (IDT).
- Delivered the redevelopment of over 100 Business Objects to the Version 4.0.
- Developed the Mental Health Clustering data warehouse, extracting patient Cluster and HoNOS data from the RiO system using SSIS packages, the design and creation of the Business Objects universe using the IDT and the creation of several Business Objects reports.
- Delivered a data warehouse for Dental Services, extracting data from the R4 Dental database into SQL 2008 database using SSIS, the design and creation of the Business Objects universe using the IDT.

Objects 4.0 for the Universe creation.
- Delivered a prototype DW solution for a 3rd party Co-operative Society extracting information from the store EPOS systems and provided an initial suite of Business Objects (BO) reports as a first stage building block.
- Used SSIS to perform the automated ETL and data cleansing processes on production data to load into a SQL Server DW.
- Key duties included the ETL of data from multiple MS SQL databases into one main reporting database using SSIS, the continued development and enhancements to the BO Universes to extend the reporting capabilities, development of new BO reports and the enhancement of existing reports.
