Working on Commercial shipping and Private yachts: facilitating transits throughout Global High Risk Areas with an understanding of the difficulties associated with international practices and customs.
Advising and implementing security measures that prevent and deter hostile threats around the world.

FIRE-FIGHTER TO CREW COMMANDER AND INSTRUCTOR (Sep 02 – 2012)

Technical Rescue and Urban Search and Rescue:

Passed a 12-week training course and 2 years probationary fire fighting program.
Responsible for making the correct safety decisions for the members of fire fighting appliances at operational incidents.
As an Instructor: at Fire Service HQ, taught road traffic collision extrication techniques and Casualty Care - FPOS.
As Technical Rescue Rope Supervisor: coordinated rope rescue incidents and developed training scenario building.
With the Urban Search and Rescue team (USAR), specialized in UK / International major disaster extrications and developed the ability to “locate and extricate life”.
Interim and other Activities (2005-2007):
Represented West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue in the World Fire-fighter in the “Toughest Fire-fighter Alive” and Tarzan Assault course competitions.
I also boxed and played football for the fire brigade team and developed many charity and partnership building events through sport and physical activity. Also travelled the world, 18 countries (2005-06).
Close Protection and Surveillance (2007); with a former Royal Marine, carried out occasional Close Protection and counter surveillance work for important clients in London.

Included operational tours in West Africa:
Part of a fighting company that went to the Democratic Republic of Congo, The Congo and Gabon. These were hostage rescue and tactical extrication operations that achieved objectives and gained personal promotion.
As section commander within a fighting company experience was also gained on HMS Ocean, Galahad, Fearless and Invincible.
Emergency Medical Technician in Medical Squadron.
Represented the Corps and Navy in Rugby League and Rugby Union 7’s as well as representing the Corps and unit football team. I also competed in Judo and boxing. .
